To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days.
All returns are handled on a customer basis.
We ask that your item must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service ([email protected].) to make sure you send the package to the right address with no hassles.
Please do not return goods directly to the place of delivery without communicating with customer service. We will not accept this type of return or refund. As we have 2 locations.
